In really great condition but just don't have the space for it any longer since we're converting the room.

Important: You'll need to pick it up and because it is such great quality, it is very heavy. You'll need two people to lift it down four flights of stairs. Please only inquire if you will be able to carry it out of our condo without any assistance from us.
